SMOOTHIE

Ingredients for 1 person

Ingredients

1 cup of frozen strawberries, blueberries and/or bananas

1 cup of coconut milk or oil, or other non-dairy alternatives, as preferred

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds (or other seeds)

Coconut flakes as a garnish

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients together. If you prefer less dense smoothies, add more coconut oil (or other non-dairy alternatives, as preferred). If, instead, you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can use peanut butter (sugar free) or vegan yogurt. You can always add any spices you prefer such as cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, unsweetened cocoa powder, coffee, etc.
