Pancakes

Easy to make and delicious. Enjoy the recipe and have a great breakfast!

  1. Turn on the stove to low heat and spread a spoonful of coconut oil with a paper towel in a large skillet.
  2. Meanwhile, mix 80 g of chestnut flour with a teaspoon of baking soda and about 50 ml of sparkling water (adjust to make the mixture smooth).
  3. Spoon the mixture to form 4 small pancakes.
  4. Add a small piece of dark chocolate to each pancake.
  5. Cover with more mixture and after 3-4 minutes, gently but firmly flip the pancakes and continue cooking for about another 3 minutes.
  6. Remove the pancakes with a spatula and enjoy!
