Rice, the “Pilaf” Method.

Try out this easy way to cook rice with the recipe:

1️. Rinse the rice under running water.

  1. Toast it for a few minutes in the pan.
  2. Place it inside a baking dish and add water to cover.
  3. Bake and cook at 200°C (392°F) for about 20 minutes. If necessary, add a little more water.
  4. At this point you can season it however you prefer.
