Simple Pudding

Simple Pudding. A yummy, simple, functional, and ideal dessert for chocolate lovers. Enjoy!

  1. Melt the 100% dark chocolate in a bain-marie
  2. Blend the ripe bananas with the hand blender.
  3. Combine the melted chocolate with the bananas and blend again until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
  4. Pour into silicone cups. It is also possible to use a single container, for example a rectangular one, lined in advance with plastic film.
  5. Let it solidify in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

For the doses, we used 3 ripe bananas per chocolate bar, and we obtained 6 cupcake-size puddings. If you decide to use a single shape, you can then cut it into cubes once solidified.
