POKE WITH QUINOA, PEAR, POMEGRANATE AND SALMON

Discover a nourishing Quinoa, Pear, Pomegranate, and Salmon Poke Bowl — a flavorful and balanced meal perfect for any day.

Ingredients
• 50 g (ca. 1.8 oz) of quinoa
• 40 g (ca. 1.4 oz) of salmon carpaccio (attention, raw salmon must be previously frozen)
• 40 g (ca. 1.4 oz) of pomegranate grains
• ½ cubed pear
• Iceberg salad
• 2 tablespoons of 100% pistachio cream
• Juice of half an orange
• 10 g (ca. 0.35 oz) of walnuts

Preparation
Cook the quinoa in plenty of water and place it in the bottom of a bowl.
Distribute the various ingredients over the top in such a way as to make small piles: salmon
cut into small cubes, iceberg salad, diced pear, walnuts and pomegranate grains.
Finally, add the pistachio cream.
