Apple and Ginger “Biscotti” (Biscuits/Cookies)

 Apple and Ginger “Biscotti” (Biscuits/Cookies). A delicious and simple dessert to satisfy your cravings. Try out this delicious snack with the recipe below!
 
1. First cut an apple into cubes and season it with lemon juice, while you continue the preparations.
2. Mix 250 g (8.8 oz/ 2 cups) of whole wheat flour with a spoonful of powdered ginger (or cinnamon, if you prefer, or both), half a sachet of yeast and the lemon zest (please make sure it is organic).
3. Add 50 g (1.7 oz/ ½ cup) of honey, 50 ml (1.7 fl oz/ ½ cup) of almond oil (or seed oil, or olive oil) and 80 ml (2.7 fl oz/ 3/5 cup) of plant-based milk. Mix everything well to form a smooth dough.
4. Mix in the pieces of apple and form about twenty “BIscotti” (Biscuits/Cookies).
5. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 20 minutes.
They are really good and perfect for tea with friends.
